How a Sphere LED Display Is Built
A globe screen is not a bent flat panel. It is assembled from trapezoidal LED modules engineered to close into a true sphere, mounted on an internal frame that also carries power, data and — for suspended globes — the rigging interface. Panel geometry tightens toward the poles, and the control system maps flat video onto the curved surface so continents, eyes, planets or brand patterns wrap without distortion.
That content mapping is the craft. We hand over each globe with mapping templates and pre-tested content profiles, so your designers produce sphere-ready visuals from ordinary video tools.
