How we work
The two halves of Elite Infotech sell in genuinely different ways. Knowing which one you are dealing with saves a conversation.
Indoor and outdoor LED, video walls, kiosks and signage are supplied, installed, calibrated and commissioned by our own team. Pixel pitch, brightness and viewing distance are specified against the actual room or facade, not from a catalogue. Projects span retail, hospitality, government, control rooms and outdoor advertising across the Sultanate.
As the authorised national Dahua distributor we supply cameras, recorders, access control and intercom to security integrators, IT resellers and project contractors. We deliberately do not install and do not bid against our channel partners on end-user work. End-user enquiries are referred to an authorised partner.
If you need a screen specified, installed and handed over, the LED division is the right contact. If you are an integrator sourcing genuine Dahua stock with warranty claimable inside Oman, the security division is. Both quote against a bill of materials, and both answer within one working day.
Coverage
Four branches — Muscat, Ruwi, Sohar and Salalah — hold stock and serve their surrounding governorates, with delivery nationwide.
Muscat and Ruwi cover the capital area and the industrial estates around Rusayl and Ghala. Sohar serves North Al Batinah and the port and free-zone projects along that coast. Salalah covers Dhofar, where the seasonal khareef and coastal salt air materially change what hardware survives — ingress protection and corrosion resistance matter more there than anywhere else in the country.
Practical consequences of the Omani environment run through both divisions. Outdoor LED needs brightness specified for direct sun rather than showroom conditions. Outdoor cameras and their housings need IP and corrosion ratings chosen for the site, not for the datasheet photograph. Storage sizing has to assume cameras run at full bitrate through the night, because in this climate they do.
Common questions
Not on the security side. Dahua products are supplied wholesale to trade customers only, and end-user enquiries are passed to an authorised integrator. The LED division does work directly with commercial end clients on display projects.
Yes — the authorised national distributor for Oman. Products are supplied in original packaging with intact serial numbers and manufacturer warranty that can be claimed inside the country rather than shipped abroad.
Yes. We supply the certificates of origin, authorisation letters and specification sheets that public-sector and large private tenders require. Send the tender documents with the bill of materials and we will quote against them.
Within one working day for a standard bill of materials. Project enquiries needing system design or stock confirmation from the manufacturer can take longer, and we will tell you at the point of enquiry rather than afterwards.
